Applicants - We help secure permanent and affordable social housing for individuals under duty of their Local Authority.
Local Authorities - We partner with Local Authorities to ease pressure, save time and reduce the cost of temporary accommodation for Housing Officers.
Housing Associations - We liaise with Lettings teams to reduce voids, shorten timeframes and free up staff.
Founded by former Housing Officers with over 10 years of experience tackling homelessness, Novus Housing collaborates with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charities across the UK to secure permanent and affordable social housing for homeless families.
